Please keep in mind that Justin offers Free mock-ups of any and all artwork you are interested in purchasing so that you can see exactly how the art will look on your wall before you make your purchase. There is no commitment to buy for this free service. Using this free service ensures that the print you purchase will be the perfect print at the perfect size, without question. Sales Finality
All sales are final. Justin does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. One of the biggest reason is the cost of shipping. Each piece of art is thoroughly inspected for quality before shipment to ensure your satisfaction upon arrival.
What if my print was damaged during shipment, can I receive a replacement?
If your print arrived damaged, please take pictures of the actual damage to the print as well as a picture of the shipping box. Email these photos along with your order number to [email protected] and Justin will make sure to send out a replacement right away. Please include at least 3 pictures of the actual damage on the print showing a close up of the damage, a distant photo showing the entire print with damage and 2 images of the actual damage to the packaging. This is so we can process a claim with FedEx through our production facility. Please do not discard of the damaged print until you receive your replacement.
